Greystone Rentals is committed to responsive management, transparent leasing, and long‑term resident satisfaction.

While looking with my son for his first NYC apartment, Karen at the Greystone has been extremely accommodating from allowing us to come in shortly after a last minute call, she was very helpful in the application process and made it easy for us to come back and measure. So far, this has been the best experience from all of the catfishing and run arounds we got from Street Easy! Looking forward to moving my son in this weekend!

Spent the last few years in NYC with Greystone. It's cozy and nice, love it, esp. the rooftop grill and UWS view. Wanna call out also the friendly Greystone crew: Gary, Brando, Andrew, Karen, also Edwin, Chevelle, and Nick. We miss you all - Take care, and stay safe!

Living at Greystone Apartments has been great. The place is always clean, the amenities are well taken care of, and any maintenance requests get handled quickly. The management team is friendly and incredibly easy to work with, and the location is super convenient while still feeling quiet and private. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it.

I've been at the Greystone for almost 5 years. It's been a great experience! Maintenance is incredibly responsible in the rare case that I actually need to place a call. The staff as a whole is accessible and easy to work with. The apartments themselves are priced appropriately given the convenient location (i.e. near restaurants, express subway line, bars etc...). Overall, great experience due to solid management and staff.
